Ela

Ela is a very cheerful, fun loving personality with passion for yoga and its benefits since a very first class she attended years back. When she moved to Great Britain, after studying and working across Europe for several years, she immersed herself in the study of yoga which was transformative experience for her. Enjoying a regular practice at Suffolk Yoga she decided to further deepen her own studies and explore the ins and outs of discipline. She embarked on the journey to Bali where she gained a Yoga Alliance Certification in Hatha, Vinyasa and Pranayama under the eyes of Julia Ouranidou and Coralia Batista. Exploring other yoga styles like Yin and learning from experienced teachers like Norman Blair further enhanced her understanding of yoga.

The Yoga way of living became her life and passion that she now shares with others. She is committed to support people in feeling more comfortable in their skin, mindset and space, improve the quality of their lives, health and well-being.

Ela's inclusive approach, emphasizing that yoga is beneficial for everyone regardless of ability, highlights the accessibility and transformative power of this ancient practice.

‘Yoga indeed provides a holistic approach to well-being, fostering a deep connection between the mind, body, and soul. By creating space for stillness and inner reflection, we cultivate mindfulness and find balance in our lives. The tools and practices learned on the mat can be seamlessly integrated into everyday life, empowering individuals to navigate challenges, manage stress, and enhance their overall well-being.’
