If you are new to yoga we recommend you sign up to one of our six week courses or beginners classes. Learn step by step the essentials of yoga at a slower friendly pace.

Our beginners general class runs on Mondays at 8:00pm via zoom with Julia

Our next 6 week course begins on May 17th in the studio.
