Jo

Jo has been practicing yoga for over twenty- five years and still remembers attending her first ever yoga class. With no idea what to expect and being mildly sceptical, an hour later she left the studio feeling very calm, energised and incredibly happy. That was it. She was hooked - and with regular practice became stronger, more flexible and generally calmer and more focussed. 


Fast forward a few decades (and a marriage and two children) and Jo was keen to take her practice to another level and in 2020 enrolled in a 200hr Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training (RYT-200) with Sally Parkes Yoga.


Jo’s classes are designed to be relaxed and light-hearted with a focus on to build stronger, more mobile bodies. She firmly believes yoga is for absolutely everyone and her classes are aimed at all levels.


Other than her passion for all things yoga, Jo loves reading, daily wordle and sitting in the sunshine. She dislikes skiing and cheese.
