Julie

Julie started her journey into yoga in her twenties after going on a retreat at Yoga Plus in Crete 22 years ago. She practiced Ashtanga for ten years before being introduced to Jivamukti yoga in Germany. In London she started to practice at the Jivamukti studio which became Sangyé and she had found her place.


She undertook the 200 hours teacher training with Cat Alip-Douglas in 2016 to become a vinyasa yoga teacher. The combination of creative yet challenging sequences in the Sangyé style, together with the strong Buddhist philosophy offers the potential to strengthen & soothe both body & mind.


Julie is eternally grateful to all at Suffolk Yoga for the opportunity to teach and be part of the community.
